From this assessment, Juran recommends enrolling in our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program. This program is intended for candidates who are looking to lead improvement projects within their functional area or participate as a team member on large, multi-functional projects. We offer Green Belt programs with advanced statistics or without it.
▪ With Statistics is ideal for manufacturing and quality professionals looking for data analytics.
▪ Without Statistics is ideal for healthcare, services, and manufacturing support functions.

The first half of the program takes a blended approach where 50% of the learning is self paced through the Juran Learning Platform, and the other 50% through live instructor led webinars. The second half of the program is spent 1-on-1 with a Juran Certified Instructor helping you through completion of real business project within your organization. We have found that this approach highly increases the probability of completing a project, as well as setting the candidate up for success on future projects.
