Developing Talent

Fully supported learning equips you with the knowledge and embeds the skills to succeed.

LEARNING THAT LASTS

Whether in the classroom or the cloud, Juran’s programs create the capacity for business improvement at every level.

Free Assessment

You shouldn’t expect anything less than excellence from the pioneers of Quality.

Informed by 40 years of employing the central methodologies of quality in business, our courses not only help you learn how to master the essentials, but enable you to mastermind quality programs of your own.

While we follow the widely established lean six sigma grades from yellow belt to master black belt, the Juran approach to teaching is distinctive.

Our programs combine online and text book learning with collaborative learning, peer discussion, examination and one-to-one coaching.

At every stage (beyond yellow belt) on the road to certification we relate your learning to real projects. It’s an approach that creates genuine capability, tests it, and ensures it is proved in the field.

UNIQUE APPROACH

Learning with Juran ensures the knowledge and skills you acquire are embedded and tested in live projects

Juran’s approach is entirely centered on transferring knowledge to create real capacity for change in your business.

As you progress beyond the introductory courses to the more project oriented programs, you can take advantage of our fully supported training.

More like a university tutorial than online learning, we pair you with an experienced mentor and give you a bank of time to use as you need.

Combined with peer group discussion and oral project reviews, our approach ensures that the skills are not only learned but tested, and the knowledge and facility to use it stretched.

SELF-PACED, FULLY SUPPORTED

Create your lean six sigma learning experience with Juran

Our programs take you from first principles to mastery of lean six sigma and certify your ability along the way

Through our online portal, IMPRO, we provide you with the foundation knowledge to build your lean six sigma capability.

One obvious advantage of online learning is in enabling you to go at a pace that fits in with your other commitments.

Another benefit is in the range of ways you can access our resources:

Knowledge base – gives you access to a wealth of online experience and technical intelligence

Student helpline – Connect direct to resolve individual queries

Webex – online tutorials where you can pose technical questions and join live discussions

Mentoring – One-to-one project support and coaching from our quality experts
