Assessment Results

From this assessment, Juran recommends enrolling in our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program. This program is intended for candidates who are looking to yield results for their organization and become statistical experts. Juran Certified Black Belts are onsite implementation experts with the ability to:

• Develop, coach, and lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Mentor and advise management on prioritizing, planning and launching Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Use, teach, and disseminate Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to Green Belts and team members.

The first half of the program takes a blended approach where 50% of the learning is self paced through the Juran Learning Platform, and the other 50% through live instructor led webinars. The second half of the program is spent 1-on-1 with a Juran Certified Instructor helping you through completion of real business project within your organization. We have found that this approach highly increases the probability of completing a project, as well as setting the candidate up for success on future projects.
