Our Method & Approach

Our training and certification programs allow us to transfer knowledge and test your ability in a range of areas from Root Cause Corrective Action to the skills and methodologies of a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Juran’s programs are designed for everyone: from candidates who want to learn the basics of quality planning to those looking to become masters in our philosophy. Many of our programs can be taken online with access to a wide range of videos, articles and step-by-step courses. We also offer 1-on-1 coaching and access to multiple Juran certified experts.

On-site training is available for groups and specific teachings, as an alternative or addition to our online programs.
