in eLearning of the Month

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to use process maps, cause-effect diagrams and brainstorming to help them better understand and explain their processes. Given the basic symbols used in creating a process map, the student will be able to identify the purpose of each symbol. Given a defined process action, students will be able to identify which process map symbol is appropriate. Given a hypothetical problem with defined causes, students will be able to construct a cause-effect diagram. Given a hypothetical brainstorming session, students will be able to identify characteristics that are appropriate and behaviors that are inappropriate.
