A consumer goods manufacturer noticed that there were many invoice inaccuracies occurring in one of their divisions. This case study discusses the project to reduce errors.

The project goal was to improve invoice accuracy so that each invoice matched the purchase order. A reduction in errors also meant an overall decrease in COPQ and a better flow of invoices through Accounts Payable.
