This assessment tool is designed to give managers the ability to objectively assess a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate and their current abilities to lead, or participate in Six Sigma projects.
Write the candidate’s name in the left column, and score them on each criteria. The assessment tool provides a technical and a non-technical assessment.
The scoring system is based on one of three numbers: If the candidate is considered “best in class” for a specific criteria, enter 10. If the candidate has room for improvement, enter 5. If the candidate still has to be groomed in a criteria, enter 2.5.
A final score is calculated from the specific criteria scores, and will automatically populate the graph for visual comparison. The score is expressed as a %.
As many as 20 candidates can be evaluated at the same time.
