This workshop is intended for managerial level or technical specialists assigned responsibility to implement Lean and multi-functional improvement projects within an enterprise or business unit, or to lead major, challenging Lean improvement projects.

Juran recommends participants bring a laptop computer with Microsoft Excel® for the training. iGrafx® is recommended for the creation of value stream maps but is not required for this workshop.
Price does not include iGrafx® Flowcharter software, which can be purchased through Juran at a discounted price of $495; $299 for the upgrade.

Our Lean Expert Certification Program will provide you with credentials that validate your technical expertise and accelerate your professional development. Certification requirements are:
- Satisfactory completion of the workshop, including attendance all four days.
- A passing score on the Lean Expert examination—more details on the exam process will be in the registration welcome packet.
- Satisfactory presentation and review of a company-approved, successful Lean project/Rapid Improvement Event.
If you are considering certification, it is highly recommended that you bring a company-approved project to work on during the workshop.
