Six Sigma Black Belt
Becoming a Juran-certified Black Belt in Six Sigma (or Lean Six Sigma) opens the door to success and advancement, allowing you to enjoy a more fulfilling and productive career than ever before, in which you will be a leading contributor to the performance of your organization. In order to become a Juran-certified Black Belt, several important requirements must be fulfilled:
- You must pass our three-hour examination.
- A Six Sigma project must be conducted during the course of the training, and successfully completed. A properly trained candidate will be able to use the Six Sigma methodology appropriately to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- A final project report must be submitted to Juran. The exact specifications of this report will be provided during Belt training.
- You will be expected to present your project, and answer any related questions posed by our Juran Certifier. This presentation will take place within six to eight weeks following the conclusion of the project.
In order to achieve certification, there will be additional days required for your final project presentation and oral defense.
