Lean Expert
Looking for a deep understanding of what is value-added in a process, and the critical skills for attaining Value Stream improvement in your organization? The Juran Lean Expert Program is a 10-day workshop specifically designed to produce Lean Experts. Upon completion, you will be able to improve value streams, making them more streamlined and efficient in meeting customer demand. Best of all, workshop size usually doesn’t exceed 20 participants, ensuring direct, personal attention.
In order to become a Juran Lean Expert, the following important requirements must be fulfilled:
- You must pass our three-hour examination.
- Following attendance of the workshop, you will work under the guidance of a Juran Lean Master to complete a Value Stream improvement project. The project will entail a rapid improvement event, as well as a 6S implementation.
The 10-day workshop is held over the course of two weeks (not necessarily consecutive.) Once you’ve completed our Lean Expert Program, you will be eligible to move on to the Juran Lean Master Program.
