Juran e-LifeLine™ Goes Live
Southbury, CT – Juran has launched its new web-based portal for performance excellence program deployment leaders, quality professionals, and Belts of all levels. It is called the Juran e-LifeLine. This dynamic tool includes valuable information and documents for downloading, customizing, and use within one’s own organization. Most notably, the Juran e-Lifeline includes a question and answer forum connected directly to Juran professionals called ‘Ask a Juran Expert’. Everything included in this subscription service is free to clients during their partnership with Juran. For others interested there is a modest annual fee.
There are three subscription levels to which anyone can subscribe. The Student Level provides access to Juran Institute articles and Dr. Juran’s historical papers and research.
Silver Level subscribers will have access to the Student Level plus podcasts, Quality Minute streaming videos, a templates and tools area, and an area devoted to ‘All About Training’.
Juran’s Gold Level subscription’s benefit is mainly for those who are devoted to the deployment of performance excellence initiatives, as it provides access to the feature called ‘All About Deployment’. This section of the Juran e-LifeLine is a guide for Deployment Leaders and Transformational Leaders. It follows the Juran Road Map for Change, a performance road map that acts as a guide and provides structure that will create a systematic change process for an organization. As the subscriber moves through the phases, Decide, Prepare, Launch, Expand, and Sustain, they will find information, tools, and templates that Juran has developed over its 30 years as a transformation expert. These various forms of information are presented as downloads to use, modify, and distribute within the subscriber’s organization. Gold subscriptions also include the ‘Ask a Juran Expert’ feature and a free ‘e-Learning of the Month’. All levels of subscription will also receive discounts on Juran products in the Juran Store.
Each month a new topic will be explored offering information, templates, and guidelines. The home page offers a ‘What’s New’ area and key search words will help subscribers find the new material easily.
All downloads of templates, project plans, checklists, and guidelines, from informative PowerPoint presentations to Excel templates, can be customized or used in their current generic state. Published articles and case studies can be distributed to all those involved in the subscriber organization’s performance excellence program.
