Forbes.com Praises Juran's Quality Handbook
The quest for performance excellence can be a daunting one, but for 60 years, quality leaders have known just where to turn for the most useful guidance and information–Juran’s Quality Handbook. Just last year, a new 6th edition was published, making the Handbook a more valuable tool than ever before.
So valuable, in fact, that Steve Denning of Forbes.com devoted a recent post on his blog, Rethink, to discussing its merits. According to Denning, what makes the Quality Handbook stand out from the pack is the way in which it puts the emphasis on meeting the needs of the customer. As Denning writes,
"By re-focusing primary attention on the customer and on exceeding the customer’s expectations, the Juran Quality Handboook has done quality management a great service."
