Juran is conducting blended Six Sigma workshops for Green Belt and Black Belt certification. The workshops begin with required online independent study of e-learning modules. The 20 hours of study must be completed by the start of the onsite, instructor-led portion of the workshop. The onsite workshop training days, held at our Headquarters in Southbury, Connecticut, will expand upon the topics covered in the e-learning. Training will be interactive with group case study exercises, problem analysis, and statistics practice.

Joseph A. De Feo, President and CEO of Juran, will be presenting at the 19th Annual Service Quality Conference in Las Vegas, NV on September 13th (12:45 pm – 1:30 pm). The topic of his presentation is: “Excellence in Quality Service Delivery: Benchmarking Global Best Practices”. Following his presentation, Mr. De Feo will be available to sign copies of Juran’s Quality Handbook Sixth Edition: The Complete Guide to Performance Excellence.

Er Ralston, Vice President, Juran Healthcare will be presenting at the ASQ Central North Carolina Section 1109 meeting in High Point, NC on September 14th.  The topic of Er’s presentation will be The Application of Lean Thinking to Healthcare Service Lines.
