SENIOR CONSULTANT POSITION:
We are seeking candidates for senior consultant positions, who have demonstrated the ability to improve the product and process quality of manufactured goods.
These positions will report to the Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations and provide our clients support around the world. There is no relocation required—however, one of the positions is likely to be located in the New York Metro area. The position requires up to 60% travel. Salary and bonus is commensurate with performance. Candidates must be able to teach the methods they practice, and work with people at all levels of an organization.
Job responsibilities include:
- Creating world class quality systems for clients
- Conducting client audits and writing performance improvement reports
- Teaching, auditing, and quality system implementation
To be seriously considered, a candidate must have:
- Minimum BS in Engineering or related field plus CQE, Lean Master and Six Sigma MBB certification
- Demonstrated competency in quality management system and operational excellence implementations
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing
- Proven competency in teaching, coaching, and leading Lean and Six Sigma teams and projects
- Optional: Bilingual in Spanish; German; Portugese; Mandarin; or Korean a plus
