INSIDE SALES POSITION:
We are seeking candidates for inside sales positions, who have demonstrated an ability to build relationships with new customers and bring new business to the company.
This position will report to the Vice President Sales and work cooperatively with other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and increase sales of our services while increasing customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment, possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be highly proficient in MS Office, have excellent telephone sales skills, have experience with CRM software and be able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
Job responsibilities include:
- Meeting personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Developing strong product knowledge.
- Initiating sales opportunities with prospective customers.
- Managing sales leads and developing new accounts through analyzing, exploring, networking, and referrals.
- Maintaining accurate customer database for mailing and marketing programs.
- Working on special projects and contributing to sales team efforts.
- Creating, managing, and following up on Internal Sales Campaigns.
Limited but occasional overnight domestic travel may be required.
To be seriously considered, a candidate must have:
- Minimum BA in Marketing or Business related field
- Relevant training in Inside Sales
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Documented Inside Sales success
