The Juran Complexity Factor ® (JCF) is one of the key differentiators of the Juran benchmarking methodology. It is an overall measurement of the complexity of the facility’s routine operation and maintenance, calculated from the standardised description of its equipment. JCF facilitates the comparisons of performance indicators of business processes which at face value may appear too dissimilar for any valid comparison to be made.
