Refineries

Juran has undertaken benchmarking for approximately 5% of the world’s crude oil refineries. The focus of these programs is operational expenditure relating to business overheads, maintenance, operations, safety, and environment. The entire refining process, from distillation, through catalytic and/or hydro cracking, to reforming and alkylation, is included. Key issues examined included utilisation, availability and planned versus unplanned downtime.
