Juran Institute started to offer benchmarking services tailored to the oil and gas industry back in 1995. At the time the knowledge with reference to benchmarking was very limited, however, Juran Institute had the privilege of working with very demanding partners such as Shell, BP (Amoco) PhillipsConoco, Total and Statoil. Together with these and other partners we have grown our knowledge, experience and expertise. Today we still review the various benchmarking protocols annually.
